Nursery stock (vine cuttings) must be treated and accompanied by a PHC stating that:

  • The cuttings have been treated with mancozeb 800g/kg at 15g/10L, or chlorothalonil or other Group Y fungicide, at label recommendations, between 2-10 days before dispatch to Tasmania, OR
  • The cuttings have been treated in accordance with Interstate Certification Assurance protocol 29 (ICA 29)

Movement conditions for Grapevine Material (for planting and / or propagation) into South Australai from another State or Territory.

Dormant cuttings or rootlings must have been subjected to hot water dip treatment (54C +/- 1C for 5 minutes) immediately prior to dispatch to South Australia. [HWT at 50C for 30 minutes is an acceptable alternative.]
